Welcome to Shipping Policy of The Desi Swag
Swaron Technologies Pvt Ltd (The Desi Swag here after) has partnered with 3rd party logistics provider Shipyaari for pickup of its products from sellers and delivery to different customers. Our sellers are present at different locations across India, so any order is placed from The Desi Swag then the order gets picked up from a seller and then dispatched it to the customers.
Few facts to keep into consideration while ordering from The Desi Swag:
- Our Home decor products such as toran, nameplates are made on order so it requires minimum 2-3 working days to make it and then dispatched.
- Customer gets all the necessary notifications via email and SMS from our logistics partner on every step of shipping - packed, shipped (dispatched), out for deivery & delivered.
- Our entire delivery TAT is 7-8 working days. Request you to be please patient.
