Our products are handcrafted in rural India and typically delivered within 7–8 working days. We appreciate your patience—it’s worth the wait!

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Simply email us at contactthedesiswag@gmail.com with a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery. We’ll process a replacement order and ship it to you at no extra cost.

Are all Desi Swag products handmade?

Yes, 100%! Every item is handcrafted by tribal artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we do offer COD! However, please note that an additional charge applies, as shipping companies levy cash handling fees. Prepaid orders come at no extra cost. You’ll see the applicable COD charges clearly during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship only within India, but we’re working on expanding globally. Stay tuned!

Absolutely. We use natural, sustainable, and locally sourced materials — true to our values of preserving nature and tradition.

How can I track my order?
